with FXbrillance do i need a data service,where is the account held,is there a chart service.
I purchased Forex Brilliance and only then does the User Manual disclose it is incompitable with ECN brokers. Sure enough, it does not trade at all on FXCM or Gallant. I am trying to get a refund but am being stonewalled so I am notifying my bank of the dispute.
Once you purchase it, it’s impossible to get refund.
Beware.
You have to wait and try this for 90days and prove that it is not profitable in order to ask for refund.

All they offer is the software and download instruction. That’s it. Whether you like it or not, you need to use it for 90 days and prove it is not profitable before even thinking about refund. How much profitable? They don’t specify. Very vague terms and conditions, meaning they have no intention to refund to anyone. It is one of those unscrupulous sharks ripping off people’s money.
There is no logical educational material or explanation how it works.
It is not wise to buy this kind of robot and entrust the software with your hard earned money blindly. After all, You have no idea how it works.

Now I left my computer running all day long hoping that that is the only way to test it before putting it on my VPS alive.
So what do you think , is it worth the money , are you satisfied with profit – loss percentage.

I didn’t buy it, but by the way they advertise and the company image i suspect these folks stole this trading neural net like Sergey Aleynikov to Goldman Sachs. Beware, if not stolen, they may be using patented training algorithms without paying for the rights to use.

I purchased and wanted to do testing before making a decision to ask for my money back. So far I have it running on two computers and it has been profitable on both. I don’t see how anyone can be objective if they buy it and 6 hours later want a refund. I will continue to let it run for another week before applying to my live account.
I paid for Robots but they won’t down load onto the meta4 demo account.
I have emailed FX Brilliance but no reply. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong.

I am using it on Alpari UK Demo and so far 3 out of 4 of the robots has placed successful trades. Once I purchased the product I became a bit worried with the lack of info provided, but when you place a comment/question on the members site you do get a reply after about 2 days – this length of time is stipulated by the 3rd pty payment company – Primo.
