The first is that he provides an opt-in page that has some kind of copyright problem so the page and its html code are not visible to purchasers. The second is the video that is supposed to show how to connect an AWeber account to this invisible opt-in page. The person doing this presentation has a very bad attitude. He reminds me of a kid who has been out of school for 2 weeks and thinks that he knows everything. He does not explain where the two code segments that he is supposed to be connecting come from. He makes a few very fast changes to show how clever he is but does not provide any explanation of what he is changing or why he is changing it or what the purpose of the changes is. He ends the video by making a couple of obvious changes so that you can see what he does there but the main part is still missing. Anik himself come on in the next video to explain how to hire a freelance programmer but does not tell us what the programmer is supposed to do. It is difficult to see how I am to hire someone to do a job when I cannot describe the job. The other problem is that the supposedly knowledgeable support staff does not seem to know what they are doing. My suspicion is that Anik forgot the elementary step of getting his support staff to go through week one of the course. He tells purchasers to test and test but obviously has not done this himself. If he had done so he would have known that he needed to add more info in this area. I did not get into this problem until the refund period was over. The rest of the material is fine, even excellent. I intend to keep going to AWeber classes until I get over the one problem area. The AWeber people know what they are doing and how to describe it, unlike Anik's staff.
